Standard Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States within 3 business days of receiving your order via Canada Post. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination and Canada Post operations. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Please note that bat products can only be shipped within Canada.

Fast Shipping

Priority or Xpresspost shipping via Canada Post (1–3 business days) is available for an additional fee. Please follow the instructions at checkout or contact us for details. Once we receive an order selecting this option, we will contact you to confirm the shipping cost. Any additional shipping fees will be collected separately via e-transfer or website payment. We’ll do our best to ship your order by the next business day once payment is confirmed. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Local Pickup

Choose this option at checkout. Local pickup is available from our location near Quadra & McKenzie in Victoria BC. The exact address will be provided once your order is confirmed. Items will be ready within 2 days, and we will text or email you to arrange pickup.

Local Delivery

Choose this option at checkout to have your order delivered for a fee. Delivery is usually within 4 days of purchase.

  • Delivery Fee: $5–$10, depending on location

  • Free Local Delivery: On orders over $250

Care Instructions

We recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight to preserve their colors and textures. Handle each piece gently, and store it in a cool, dry place to ensure it stays in the best condition for years to come.

Payment

We accept secure payments through our website checkout.
For certain shipping options (such as Priority or Xpresspost), additional shipping fees may apply. If so, we will contact you to confirm the cost. Any additional fees can be paid via e-transfer or website payment before your order ships.

Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that our products are delicate and natural.  We kindly ask that you understand the nature of our products before making a purchase. If you choose to return an item, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility, and original shipping fees cannot be refunded.

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly arrange a return or replacement.
