Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Canada within 4 days of receiving your order via Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Delivery times will vary depending on destination and Canada Post operations.
Fast shipping options are available at an additional fee. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a shipping quote and arrange the best option for you.
International shipping is also available. Please contact us for a shipping quote and availability.
Pickup & Local Delivery
Local pickup is available near Quadra & McKenzie in Victoria, BC. The exact address will be provided after your order is confirmed. Orders are typically ready within 2 days, and we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.
Local delivery is available within the Victoria area.

Please note that our products are delicate, natural and handcrafted. We kindly ask that you understand the nature of our products before making a purchase. If you choose to return an item, the return shipping cost may be your responsibility, and original shipping fees may not be refunded.

Product Care Guide
​Our insect specimens are crafted to be enjoyed for many years. With a little care, your piece can remain a beautiful and unique part of your home for a long time.
Display Location
Keep your frame indoors in a dry environment. Avoid displaying it in bathrooms, near humidifiers, or in areas with high moisture, as humidity can affect preserved specimens over time.
Keep out of direct sunlight to help preserve natural colours, as UV exposure may cause fading.
Pest Protection and Cleaning
As these are natural specimens, occasional pest activity is possible despite careful preservation. We recommend checking your frame from time to time. If you notice any signs of pests, place the entire frame in a freezer for 7-14 days to eliminate insects and larvae.
To keep your frame looking its best, gently dust the outside with a soft microfiber cloth. When cleaning the glass, spray the cleaner onto the cloth rather than directly onto the frame.
Accidental Damage
Insect specimens are delicate, and may be damaged by impact or rough handling. For repairs or guidance, please feel free to contact us.
